This year’s fair will also be enriched by the Spanish winery Alsina & Sardà, a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Penedès region (Barcelona, Spain). The winery has extensive experience in producing Cava, made from grapes sourced from more than 90 hectares of vineyards.

Eloi Alsina: “We produce organic wines with the DO Cava and DO Penedès designations, always using grapes from the same growing areas. This gives us a long history and allows us to follow developments and innovations over time.”
