EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

Are you exhibiting at WINE Prague 2026? Before the trade fair, please read the Exhibitor Guidelines carefully. They contain all the essential information about arrival, exhibitor badge collection, wine tasting, wine cooling, water supply, booth signage and wine delivery to the venue.

Please pay close attention to the guidelines, especially the limited vehicle access to Slovanský ostrov and the deadline for wine deliveries.

Recommendations for Exhibitors

While we take care of the glassware and furniture, the following items remain the responsibility of the exhibitor:

Promotional and marketing materials.
Corkscrew and drop-stop.
Paper towels.
Delivery of wine samples according to the instructions provided, with the mandatory labeling specified by the organizer, to the following address: Nedvědovo náměstí 14, 147 00 Prague 4 – Podolí, no later than 14 October 2026.
The organizer will arrange the transport of the delivered wines to Palác Žofín and their preparation at the exhibitor’s stand.

Available at the National Theatre garages, Old Town Parking, or paid parking zones in Prague 1 and 5.

Presentation Space Price:

550 EUR (excl. VAT).

Rental of a table and chair.
Rental and full service of tasting glassware.
Exhibitor table signage and listing in the official catalog.

In-fair advertising and promotion.
2 exhibitor passes.
