The winery places great emphasis on respect for the grapes and preserving the distinctive character of its wines. Petra Ipsmiller, representing the eighth generation, is shaping the winery’s current identity while continuing to develop its family heritage.

All IPSMILLER wines are certified under Nachhaltig Austria, a scientifically based certification system for sustainable wine production in Austria. The certification covers, among other things, responsible use of water and energy, soil health and biodiversity, climate responsibility, and long-term economic and social sustainability.”
