Winery SONBERK

At WINE Prague 2026, winery Sonberk will also be presenting its wines. Since 2003, the winery has been making use of a historically proven vineyard location on the slopes opposite the Pálava Hills. The grapes are grown on approximately 40 hectares of loess soils and are harvested in separate and selective harvests, with a strong emphasis on quality.

A distinctive part of Sonberk is also its award-winning winery architecture. Designed by architect Josef Pleskot and completed in 2008, the building was one of the first in the Czech Republic to combine contemporary architecture with a natural approach to wine production.
