TOUR SAINT MARTIN

This year’s trade show will welcome the independent winemaking cooperative TOUR SAINT MARTIN from France, which is based in Peyriac-Minervois, in the heart of the Minervois AOP appellation in the Languedoc region, and was founded in 1930.

Veronika Papineschi: “Our core business is the production of Minervois AOP wines, available in both bulk and bottled formats. Our flagship grape varieties include Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault. We also produce a range of IGP Pays d’Oc varietal wines, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, Marselan, and others. Our winery is a close-knit community of around thirty winegrower members, all certified HVE Level 3 (High Environmental Value) and AB (Organic Agriculture). Together, they cultivate 300 hectares of vineyards, enabling us to produce an average of 17,000 hectolitres of wine each year.”
