You can also look forward to Cousins Cider at the fair. Behind the brand are Kryštof Ryba, originally a chef who fell in love with fermentation and the wild power of nature instead of fine dining, and his wife Kristýna, a trained chemist responsible for the cider analysis.

Kryštof Ryba: “We are a family company from the picturesque foothills of the Krkonoše Mountains, where we produce our natural cider made from 100% apple juice, with no added sugar, preservatives, or flavourings. Together with my wife, we create cider with a soul – combining craftsmanship, science, and intuition. Local ingredients are of great importance to us. The apples we use come from our own orchards. Each batch is the result of careful manual work, and our portfolio includes classic dry and semi-dry ciders, as well as apple ciders blended with Müller Thurgau wine or macerated with elderflower, spices, and orange peel. In addition to our traditional ciders, we have also added non-alcoholic apple beverages, apple balsamic vinegar, and freeze-dried apples to our range. All our ciders are spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, and sulphur-free. Made exclusively from 100% apples.”
