For Olim Bauda, Barbera is much more than just a traditional Piedmontese grape variety. This family-owned winery has built its reputation above all on Barbera d’Asti and wines from the Nizza DOCG appellation, where the variety develops remarkable depth and structure while retaining its characteristic freshness. It is precisely this distinctive expression of Piedmont that Olim Bauda will present at WINE Prague 2026. The portfolio will also feature other regional classics, including Gavi and Moscato d’Asti. In the Czech Republic, its wines are represented by Vino e Cuore.
