MILCOM servis a.s. represents the Danish company FOSS, which is among the global leaders in the field. Approximately 80% of the world’s wine production is measured using analyzers from this brand. At this year’s fair, the company will showcase the OenoFoss™ 2, which enables analyses to be carried out directly in the winery and allows any number of samples to be measured within just a few minutes.

As revealed by Product Specialist Ing. Tomáš Procházka, visitors will have the opportunity to see this compact device in operation directly at fair. “The OenoFoss™ 2 is the smaller sibling of the proven WineScan, and its rapid analysis of key parameters helps winemakers achieve the highest wine quality while also saving money on laboratory testing.”
