The French winery Domaine Sipp Mack will also be exhibiting at the fair. This family-owned winery, located in Hunawihr, Alsace, dates back to 1698 and is now managed by the tenth generation of the family. For more than 15 years, the estate has been practicing organic viticulture with a strong commitment to preserving nature’s balance. Its 16 hectares of vineyards are cultivated with great care, and all grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
