Petr Marcinčák and Lukáš Rudolfský will showcase two biodynamic wineries at the fair: Víno Marcinčák Mikulov and Vinné sklepy Kutná Hora, both certified under the DEMETER standard. Among other wines, Víno Marcinčák will introduce the first Moravian wines from the 2025 vintage to receive Demeter biodynamic certification.
