Ekovín

At WINE Prague 2026, the association EKOVÍN will also be represented. For more than 30 years, EKOVÍN has supported the development of integrated and organic viticulture in the Czech Republic. Thanks to its activities, 77% of Czech vineyards are now managed under integrated production and 7% under organic production.

EKOVÍN has been an active member of international organizations such as IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) and IOBC (International Organization for Biological and Integrated Control) for many years. It also works closely with partner organizations, including Germany’s ECOWIN and others. Through international projects, conferences, and study trips, EKOVÍN facilitates the sharing of the latest knowledge in viticulture, winemaking, and biodiversity. An important part of its work is also supporting winegrowers in adopting environmentally friendly technologies and representing their interests.

At WINE Prague, EKOVÍN will be represented by Ing. Tomáš Richter and Simona Baudysová, who will present wines from EKOVÍN members: Vinařství MiQueen s.r.o., Školní sklep Venerie, Střední vinařská škola Valtice, Víno J. Stávek, Víno Blatel, and Vinařství Jedlička.
