At WINE Prague 2026, NEPRAŠ & Co. Winery from Pavlov will also be presenting its wines. The winery focuses on its own vineyards, an organic approach and extended wine maturation. Its philosophy and approach to winemaking are presented by the winery’s oenologist, Ondřej Veselý, who is also responsible for the vineyards and has been dedicated to wine since 1999.

“NEPRAŠ & Co. Winery produces organically certified wines from its own grapes, grown directly in Pavlov on 7.5 hectares of vineyards. The wines ferment and mature for a minimum of one year and up to five years in large oak barrels, with minimal intervention. They have found their place both in gastronomy and in the home wine cellars of many wine enthusiasts. The key varieties are Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Welschriesling, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.“
