On Monday, at the WINE Prague trade fair at Žofín Palace, Roman Novotný, sommelier at the Bokovka wine bar, will attempt to sabre open as many bottles of Prosecco as possible in just one minute.

Visitors can look forward to an outdoor Prosecco tasting — with plenty of bottles to go around!

SABRAGE SHOW starts at 3:45 PM on the concrete area behind Žofín Palace.
