Sommelier Eduard Novotný introduces Vinné sklepy Maršovice in more detail: “Our winery is proud that our grapes come from excellent historic vineyard sites where grapevines have been cultivated since the 16th century. The vineyards lie on clay-sandy loess soils, which give the wine outstanding quality. The locations of our vineyard plots are so significant that we were invited to become founding members of VOC Znojemsko. We firmly protect the soil and water for future generations – that is why we cultivate exclusively in organic mode across the entire area of 34 hectares. Our wines are always full and harmonious, without sharp acidity or astringency.”
