The vineyards cover about 5 ha of continuous area, with a southern exposure, at an altitude of 215-255 m above sea level and a slope of 8-12%. The predominant soil type is brown soil formed in the Tertiary from detrital sedimentary rocks andesite, andesite tuff, rhyolite and rhyolite tuff. The vineyard was planted with the Furmint, Hárslevelű and Muscat Blanc varieties in the late 1960s and early 1980s. Thanks to strict yield control, the average production of this small family winery is about 5,000 bottles / year.
