Fattoria Santo Stefano |on WINE PRAGUE 2024

"The name Fattoria Santo Stefano comes from the Santo Stefano a Collegalle church (in Greve in Chianti) and it is Bendinelli Family’s property since 1961 when our father bought the farm and he started to produce wine and he joined the Chianti Classico Producers Consortium, in 1970. Three type of wines are produced from our vineyards in our Estate: Gran Selection Santo Stefano, Drugo Riserva and Santo Stefano Classic. The total annual production of wine is about 20,000 bottles. The production of Extravergin Olive Oil is still made by hand. The climate and position of our vineyards allows for excellent ripening of the grapes. The winery arranges guided visits to their cellars." Elena Bendinelli
